Homework Help
Always do your homework in a quiet place. Take your time and you will do fine! If you get stuck on a problem, don’t be afraid to ask for help!! Try hard and do your best! If you need a break, get some fresh air and go outside for a few minutes and then get back to your homework.
Keeping The Environment Clean 
One way to keep the environment clean, is by Recycling plastics with the number 1 or 2 on the bottom. You can also recycle aluminum cans and get money for it! 
I know i do that! You can also recycle paper and cardboard. Here is another way. You can pick up trash/litter around you neighborhood and your town. You can also turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth. You can take shorter showers, and everytime you leave your room, you can turn off the electrical devices. If you have a nightlight, turn it off when you wake up, and on when you go to sleep. Insted of driving a car, walk, ride a bike and stuff like that! Plant trees and flowers and plants in your local area Do you have a garden? If you do, here is some ways to make the soil richer and healthier. Get a compost pile. You can put old food scraps in it from your kitchen like apple cores, celery stalks, and other items hat will decompose easily. In a few months, the compost will be ready. Now you can do something with all of those wasted fruit and vegetable scraps! If you are going to eat something, make sure you eat it all so the left over food doesn’t go into a landfill. If you don’t waste things, you save money too! Ride a bike or walk instead of taking a car somewhere because cars release a gas called carbon dioxide (CO2), which is harmful to the environment and us. It is harmful to the environment because it causes global warming. That is when the earth’s temperature rises very quickly. If this keeps on happening, the polar ice caps will melt and there would be no artic animals and the water levels would rise! Here are some ways you can prevent it. Plant more trees or plants because they absorb the harmful gas. Start replacing those old light bulbs with an energy efficient compact fluorescent. Most of them only use 13 watts! Regular light bulbs use about 60 watts. If everyone put at least one of those light bulbs in their homes, that would be like taking 800,000 cars of the road for a whole year! Carbon dioxide is also very dangerous because it ruins the ozone layer. The ozone layer is a thin sheet of gas that protects us from the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays. Without it, the earth would be so hot! Recycle all of your papers or newspapers. You can ask your teacher or principal if you can put a paper-recycling bin in your school or classroom! If all of the newspapers in the United States were recycled, that would save as many as 200,000 trees a week! You can also write a letter to your town mayor and ask him/her if they could put up recycle bins around town!
Staying Healthy
Play outside and get some exersise at least for one hour each day. If you don’t have nice weather to go outside, go to the biggest room in your house, and do some jumping jacks, crunches and stuff like that. If you want a snack, have some fruit or vegtables insted of chips! Fruits and vegtables help make your body real strong Here is a Food pyramid. Enjoy!

Most kids can’t have jobs, so they have a tough time earning money to buy things. Here are some tips for saving money. There are many ways you can save money. You can save money by not buying things that you don’t need like candy and other stuff like that because sometimes those items are overpriced. Here is a economics tip! If the demand for a product is high, then the sellers will probably raise the price because the buyers are willing to get the product. Now if the demand for the product was low, the sellers will probably lower the price. Another way is to open up a savings account and every 3 months, you will get paid interest. The more money you put into the savings account, the more interest you will get! If you have something that you don’t play with, you can sell it!

I dont know what to say about all these comments on the blog, but on the blog itslef, or Money anyways… you should check out index funds for saving money, the return abotu 10-15% were as the yearly inflation rate is about 7%… If you don’t beat the inlfation rate then you will be just losing money, but saving is a good thing no matter which way you look at it… (and index funds take 2500 for an initial investment; so once you get that kind of money look into it…)
